MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia is deeply concerned over the escalating violence and civilian casualties in Lebanon due to Israeli strikes, which have also resulted in the deaths of journalists, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Saturday.
