MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak has said that Ukraine is not engaged in the creation of nuclear weapons, expressing the opinion that even the hypothetical possession of an atomic bomb by Kiev would not affect the situation on the battlefield.
