MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) said on Wednesday that it had foiled plans of Ukrainian military intelligence that promised Russian soldiers $1 million to leave their positions in Gorlovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).
